Vous êtes passionné par le commerce en gros, avez de l'expérience avec la gestion d'équipe et souhaitez contribuer au succès continuel de cette entreprise ? Rejoignez notre client Poste permanent, à temps plein (1 we/2 et 1soir / semaine).
Responsabilités Prendre en charge les opérations quotidiennes ; Effectuer les activités de marchandisage, la réception et la mise en place des produits ; Diriger une équipe ; Procéder au recrutement, à la formation des employés, à la planification des horaires de travail en fonction des budgets et des besoins du magasin ; S'assurer que les procédures et pratiques de la compagnie sont appliquées de manière uniforme en magasin.
Exigences Grosse expérience dans le marchandisage de masse ; Aisance avec les logiciels informatiques ; Intérêt pour le travail de plancher ; Travail d'équipe ; Sens de l'organisation et rigueur ; Leadership ; Gestion des priorités.
