Responsabilités
Relevant du directeur des opérations, les principales responsabilités de l'estimateur seront les suivantes :
Offrir un excellent service et fidéliser la clientèle
Écouter et questionner le client pour bien comprendre l'étendue du projet
Conseiller le client sur les différentes options qui s'offrent à lui
Évaluer, compléter et acheminer les soumissions, les plans ou les devis dans un délai raisonnable
Calculer les coûts des différents projets tels que les portes et fenêtres, les poutrelles et les frais rapportés aux différents matériaux
Effectuer des déplacements chez le client, si nécessaires
Assurer l'ouverture du compte client, confirmer la commande et enregistrer les informations au dossier
Effectuer la commande du projet chez les fournisseurs et faire les suivis nécessaires
Support au comptoir de matériaux (tant au téléphone que directement au comptoir)
Assurer un suivi au niveau de la livraison de produits
Profil
Nous recherchons une personne dont le profil est le suivant pour le poste d'estimateur :
Compétences et expériences professionnelles
Connaissances des matériaux de construction
Capacité de lire et de comprendre des plans de construction
Expérience avec les logiciels d'estimation
Bonnes connaissances de l'anglais (parlé et écrit) et excellentes connaissances du français (parlé et écrit)
Permis de conduire valide
Qualités humaines
Être souriant et courtois
Aimer le travail d'équipe et avoir d'excellentes capacités interpersonnelles
Être engagé et dévoué
