Notre client, une entreprise manufacturière, bien implanté depuis plusieurs années et en pleine croissance, est à la recherche d'un ingénieur mécanique responsable du développement et de l'amélioration de nouveaux produits.
SOMMAIRE des tâches:
S'assurer du bon déroulement des projets selon la méthodologie de travail Agile
Analyser les propositions de projet pour déterminer le cahier des charges, les échéanciers, les coûts, les ressources et gérer les changements.
Guider et participer, à même l'équipe de conception, au choix des concepts, des matériaux et des procédés, en fonction du cahier des charges.
Effectuer les analyses, les calculs et la conception nécessaires au développement du produit.
Favoriser toutes les communications techniques internes et externes relativement à l'exécution du projet.
Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les clients et les fournisseurs.
Définir et participer aux essais physiques sur véhicules et bancs, ainsi qu'analyser les résultats.
Rendre compte du statut du projet lors des revues de projet et des revues de phases.
Fournir une assistance technique aux équipes de ventes, fabrication et services.
Analyser les problèmes rencontrés par les clients et appliquer les solutions.
BACC en génie mécanique ou formation connexe;
Expérience dans le développement de produits;
Bonne connaissance d'un logiciel 3D, SolidWorks un atout;
Anglais lu et écrit;
Anglais parlé un atout.
Conditions:
Salaire: 80K à 100K/an + participation aux profits;
