Responsabilités
Le courtier en transport aura comme principales responsabilités :
Rechercher et identifier de nouveaux clients potentiels et marchés pour élargir la base de clients de l'entreprise et les contacter via des appels (cold call)
Développer et mettre en œuvre des stratégies de développement des affaires adaptées aux besoins du marché et aux objectifs de l'entreprise
Construire et maintenir des relations solides avec les clients actuels et potentiels
Négocier avec les différents partenaires afin d'obtenir les meilleures conditions pour les clients
Rédiger les soumissions
Coordonner et organiser les expéditions entre les expéditeurs et les transporteurs
Planifier et optimiser les horaires de transport afin de réduire les délais et les coûts
Analyser, gérer et résoudre les potentiels problèmes
Effectuer un suivi quotidien étroit avec les transporteurs et les clients
Profil
Nous recherchons une personne dont le profil est le suivant pour le poste de courtier en transport :
Compétences et expériences professionnelles
Excellent français écrit et parlé
Anglais fonctionnel
Service à la clientèle impeccable
Expérience en logistique et en transport
Aisance avec les outils informatiques
Expérience avec un CRM (un atout)
Connaissances de TMS (un atout)
Qualités humaines
Bonne capacité d'initiative et d'organisation
Facilité à développer de nouvelles relations d'affaires
Excellente gestion des priorités
Autonomie
Facilité dans les relations interpersonnelles
