Nous sommes à la recherche d'un conseiller ou d'une conseillère en insolvabilité - consommateurs qui se joindra à l'équipe des services-conseils plus précisément dans la pratique de syndics au bureau de Terrebonne , de Saint-Jérôme , de Montréal, de Saint-Hubert ou de Québec. Avec nous, tu seras autonome dans la gestion complète de tes dossiers et tu collaboreras étroitement avec une syndique.

Ce que tu accompliras
Conseiller la clientèle en difficulté financière sur les diverses options possibles afin de régulariser leur situation en vertu de la Loi sur la faillite et l'insolvabilité ou sans recours à la Loi
Procéder à des consultations avec la clientèle en vertu de la Loi sur la faillite et l'insolvabilité
Assurer la gestion complète des dossiers d'insolvabilité sous la supervision des syndics
Assurer les suivis téléphoniques et par courriel avec la clientèle et les créanciers
Analyser les revenus excédentaires
As-tu le profil recherché?
Ce qui compte vraiment
Le cours pratique de l'ACPIR sur les consultations en insolvabilité (CPCI) complété
Une expérience de deux (2) à cinq (5) ans minimum dans le domaine de l'insolvabilité
Un bilinguisme tant à l'écrit qu'à l'oral (français et anglais) (un atout)
La maîtrise du logiciel ASCEND ou Uberbase Aryza (un atout)
