ITC Technologies SOLUTIONS fait partie de la grande famille de ITC Technologies qui offre aux entrepreneurs une panoplie d'appareils CVAC pour combler tous leurs besoins en matière de chauffage, de ventilation et de climatisation. Notre entreprise vend aussi des appareils spécialisés, tels que des déshumidificateurs, des thermopompes et des refroidisseurs.
TÂCHES et RESPONSABILITÉS du poste
À la vente et au service à la clientèle (interne & externe)
Répondre aux appels téléphoniques et courriels.
Renseigner les clients au sujet des pièces, les aider à choisir les pièces d'une manière efficace et offrir un service de haute qualité.
Communiquer avec les différents fournisseurs, les clients externes et internes
Tâches administratives reliées
Placer les commandes de pièces et faire le suivi.
Sur une base hebdomadaire, vérifier les dossiers des commandes à être récupérées par les clients.
Communiquer l'information aux clients, dès réception des pièces sur commande spéciale et autres
Aider le ou les représentant(s) interne/externe des ventes à remplir leurs commandes.
S'assurer que les commandes de pièces soient facturées.
Tâches connexes
Participer à l'inventaire des pièces lorsque requis.
Aider à la réception de la marchandise au besoin.
COMPÉTENCES et QUALITÉS RECHERCHÉES
Détenir un excellent sens du service à la clientèle et avoir un fort intérêt pour les ventes.
Démontrer un esprit d'équipe, d'initiatives et de débrouillardise
Être organisé et avoir la capacité à gérer plusieurs projets à la fois
Posséder la capacité à établir l'ordre de priorité des tâches à effectuer
Faire preuve de minutie et de rigueur pour un travail de qualité
Démontrer de la courtoisie, de l'entregent et de la diplomatie
Détenir de la facilité a apprendre de nouveaux logiciels informatiques
Posséder de l'expérience dans la vente d'équipements de chauffage, climatisation commerciale. (atout)
Connaissances des langues parler/écrit (français & anglais)
