Chaque jour, tu seras au cœur de l'action comptable. Ton rôle consistera à effectuer différentes tâches comptables relatives à l'administration de l'entreprise, tout en guidant une équipe soudée et expérimentée. Voici un aperçu de tes responsabilités :
Superviser et soutenir l'équipe comptable dans leurs tâches quotidiennes ;
Gérer le dossier complet de la vérification annuelle ;
Analyser les comptes de dépense ;
Valider les paies et approuver les factures ;
Préparer les états financiers périodiques, en veillant à l'exactitude et à la conformité des données financières ;
Élaborer des outils de suivi des résultats ;
Superviser la gestion des fonds de roulement et de la trésorerie ;
S'assurer de l'exactitude des données saisies relatives à la comptabilité ;
Supporter la direction générale en fournissant les analyses et rapports nécessaires pour une prise de décision éclairée.
Profil
Tu es titulaire d'un baccalauréat en administration, finance ou comptabilité ? Tu vas te plaire dans ce rôle ! Si en plus :
On te reconnaît pour ta rigueur, ton leadership et ta capacité à travailler sous pression ;
Tu es à l'aise avec l'informatique et tu maîtrises les logiciels Word et Excel ;
Tu possèdes ton titre CPA, ainsi qu'une connaissance de PowerGUI (des atouts) ;
Tu as de l'expérience dans un poste similaire.
