3-month contract with potential for extension We are seeking a Financial Compliance Analyst to play a key role in ensuring compliance for our regulatory government client.
This position involves analyzing financial statements and disclosure documents, managing issuer databases, and collaborating with stakeholders to maintain and uphold regulatory standards.Key Responsibilities:
• Review and analyze documents for accuracy and compliance with regulations.- Maintain and update databases and records to ensure accurate tracking of compliance-related information.- Respond to inquiries from internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Monitor deadlines and follow up on outstanding documents or reports.- Assist in identifying and addressing compliance issues escalating as needed.- Participate in projects related to process improvements and system updates.Qualifications:
• Post-secondary diploma or degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or equivalent experience (2-3 years).- 1-3 years of experience in financial compliance, regulatory auditing, or securities industries.- Experience analyzing financial statements and continuous disclosure documents.- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and familiarity with data analysis.If this sounds like you, please email your Word version resume to Angelica Stewart *** AND EARN A $50 GIFT CARD!
