Job Title: RQ08613 - DevOPS/Cloud Engineer - Senior
Client: Ministry of Public and Business Service Delivery (former MGCS)

Must Haves:

1. Seasoned Azure Cloud expert
2. Experience in Kubernetes production environment (AKS)
3. Familiar with container-based virtualization technology like Docker, OCI, Podman, etc.
4. Experience working independently with high-level direction to build and maintain complex cloud environments - Linux VMs and Kubernetes/OpenShift
5. Integration experience using and building APIs E.g. Azure API Manager, IBM Connect etc.
6. Automation experience within Azure DevOps environment
7. Experience with DevSec Ops - security
8. Experience in build tools - Ansible and Terraform, and how they can be integrated into CI/CD pipelines
9. Experience in one of the leading cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure or Google Cloud, etc.
10. Experience in maintaining complex Linux cloud environments, like CentOS, Ubuntu, or CoreOS, to support modern web technologies, APIs and legacy SOAP
11. Experience setting up development environments and mechanism using tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Maven and Jenkins or similar tools
12. Experience in scripting languages like Python, Bash, PHP, Java, JavaScript, Node, etc.
13. Knowledge of container-based virtualization technology like Docker, OCI, Podman etc.
14. Integration experience in building and using APIs E.g. Azure API Manager, IBM Connect etc.
15. Experience applying industry web, architectural and security standards and best practices
16. Experience in mobile device management for various versions of cellular and tablets
17. Experience in configuring logging, metrics, and monitoring stack. Eg. Prometheus/Grafana/ Log Analytics
18. Experience in provisioning and maintaining SQL databases
