En quoi consiste le poste : Offrir un soutien administratif et organisationnel au président de l'entreprise. Dans le cadre de vos fonctions, vous serez amené à effectuer une foule de tâches diversifiées, allant de la gestion d'horaire à l'organisation d'événements en passant par la planification des réunions et des voyages.
Profil recherché : Dans le but d'établir une belle relation de travail stable, la personne recherchée sera dynamique et souriante, organisée et efficace. Au quotidien, elle saura faire preuve d'initiative et aura le souci, non seulement des tâches bien faites, mais également de bien communiquer avec les divers intervenants auprès desquels elle aura à intervenir.

Responsabilités :
Gérer le calendrier du président et planifier les rendez-vous en fonction des priorités.
Coordonner les réunions et les voyages, y compris la réservation de vols, d'hôtels et de salles de réunion.
Préparer et éditer des documents tels que des rapports, des présentations et des courriers.
Traiter la correspondance, les appels téléphoniques et les courriels entrants et sortants.
Gérer les dossiers et les archives, y compris la création et la mise à jour de bases de données.
Coordonner les événements spéciaux et les fonctions de l'entreprise, y compris la planification, la réservation de sites, la gestion des invitations, etc.
Effectuer des tâches ad hoc telles que la préparation de rapports, la coordination de projets, etc.
Agir comme liaison entre le président, et les autres membres de l'organisation, ainsi qu'avec les clients, les fournisseurs et les partenaires.
Qualifications souhaitées (atout) :
Diplôme en administration des affaires ou dans un domaine connexe.
Expérience préalable en tant qu'adjointe ou dans un poste similaire.
Excellentes compétences en communication verbale et écrite.
Compétences avancées en informatique, notamment en utilisant des logiciels tels que Microsoft Office.
Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et à gérer plusieurs tâches en même temps.
Excellentes compétences en gestion du temps et en organisation.
Capacité à maintenir la confidentialité et la sécurité des informations confidentielles et sensibles.
Une attitude professionnelle, polie et amicale.
