Job Summary:

Reporting to the National Marketing Director, the Marketing Manager will develop and execute marketing strategies to elevate the Mezza Lebanese Kitchen brand, support franchisees, and drive business growth.
Your role will encompass both national and local marketing initiatives, with a strong emphasis on project management, campaign execution, and franchisee support.
This person is a part of the Mezza Lebanese Kitchen corporate marketing team.

Responsibilities:

Brand Strategy Development:
Work closely with the National Director of Marketing to create and implement brand strategies that align with Mezza's core values, mission, and market positioning.
Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels and touchpoints.
Local Market Execution:
Develop localized marketing plans for new restaurant openings and regional market needs.
Lead integrated campaigns and promotions to drive sales and brand awareness.
Franchisee Support:
Work closely with franchisees to tailor marketing strategies that boost store performance and sales.
Support them with local media buys, sponsorships, promotions, and other opportunities.
Provide training and resources to assist with local store marketing (LSM) efforts.
New Restaurant Openings:
Support the marketing strategy for new restaurant openings, including location specific marketing plans, media planning, and promotional activities to generate excitement and traffic in the local market.
Project Management:
Oversee and manage the end-to-end execution of marketing projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals, timelines, and budgets.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including operations, franchisees, graphic designer and creative agencies, to execute campaigns and initiatives efficiently.

Qualifications:

A bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
3-5 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in a QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) or retail/hospitality environment.
Solid understanding of integrated campaign execution, including digital marketing, paid media, social media strategy, and local store marketing.
Proven success in managing and optimizing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
Experience in local store marketing (LSM) and franchise marketing preferred, with a focus on supporting franchisees and driving local market success.
Strong project management and organization skills
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain productive relationships with franchisees, agency partners, and internal teams.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Comfortable presenting ideas and strategies to senior leadership and franchisees.
A pro-active self-starter who can work in a fast-paced team
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and digital marketing tools/platforms (Google Ads, social media management, etc.).
Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills and the ability to manage financial information in a confidential and professional manner

Pay Transparency

Pay range is $50,000-$60,000 depending on skill level, experience and/or education.
Compensation offered is also subject to local wage and hour laws.
