Pharmacy Operations Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Pharmacy Operations Assistant to join our team at Lawtons Pharm in St. John's, Newfoundland and Labrador. This is a full-time position that requires a strong understanding of pharmacy operations and excellent communication skills.
• Key Responsibilities:*
• Assist with prescription assembly, data entry, and process customer transactions.
• Receive and handle refill requests, both in-person and over the phone.
• Promote our PROfile programs and provide exceptional patient-centered care.
• Maintain a clean and organized pharmacy environment.
• Assist with clinical services, such as medication reviews and health risk assessments.
• Manage BTC (Batched Transaction Control) and perform administrative duties as required.
• Requirements:*
• Pharmacy Assistant diploma from a recognized Canadian College.
• 1 year of experience in a pharmacy setting.
