Inizio Engage Canada est à la recherche d'un gestionnaire de territoire virtuel dynamique et axé sur les résultats pour s'entretenir virtuellement ou par téléphone avec les professionnels des soins de santé (PSS) au niveau national pour représenter des marques de notre partenaire mondial en soins de santé avec une ou des marques de vaccins, transmettre des messages clés dans le but d'augmenter dans le but d'accroître la notoriété de la marque et l'utilisation du produit.
Le titulaire du poste travaillera à distance.
Le GTV relèvera Gestionnaire d'affaires des services commerciaux d'Inizio Engage Canada.
Il s'agit d'un contrat de 8 mois.

Objectifs principaux :

  • S'engager auprès des pharmaciens et des intervenants des cliniques spécialisées en effectuant des appels téléphoniques sortants et/ou virtuels pour le compte du client afin de transmettre des messages de vente clés et un soutien continu pour accroître la sensibilisation au produit et la recommandation dans la population appropriée.
  • Communiquer des messages de vente clés aux professionnels de la santé sur la base de la stratégie, du plan d'action et de la formation, en utilisant des outils et du matériel de marketing approuvés.
  • Établir des relations avec les clients grâce à des interactions de haute qualité et à l'identification des besoins des clients et des patients
  • Gérer les relations avec les principaux influenceurs, le client et toutes les unités d'affaires d'Inizio Engage par le biais de points de contact réguliers afin de s'assurer que les KPI du programme sont respectés et d'atteindre ou de dépasser les objectifs de service.
  • Atteindre et dépasser constamment les IRC du programme, tels que communiqués par le gestionnaire direct.
  • Répondre à toutes les demandes des clients dans les meilleurs délais.
  • Saisir dans le système de gestion-clients (CRM) les informations clés discutées au cours des appels.
  • Contribuer au maintien des activités existantes et promouvoir des services supplémentaires en fournissant des informations et des opportunités qualifiées au gestionnaire direct, à l'équipe et, parfois, au client afin de fournir un retour d'information et des solutions aux besoins du client.

Spécifications du titulaire du poste :

  • Baccalauréat requis, en commerce ou Sciences de préférence.
  • Parfaitement bilingue en français et en anglais (oral et écrit).
  • Expérience dans la vente est essentielle (minimum 1 à 2 ans).
  • Expérience dans l'industrie pharmaceutique ou des soins de santé.
  • La connaissance de l'immunologie (vaccins) est un atout.
  • Expérience reconnue dans l'obtention de résultats dans un environnement d'entreprise à forte croissance.
  • Énergique, motivé et doté de solides compétences interpersonnelles.
  • Capacité à collaborer avec les parties prenantes internes et externes de l'entreprise.
  • Sens des affaires et esprit d'entreprise.
  • Excellent service à la clientèle et centré sur le patient.
  • Connaissance de la technologie et du numérique, maîtrise de Microsoft Office.

Inizio Engage Canada is seeking a dynamic and results driven Virtual Territory Manager (VTM) to engage virtually or via phone with Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) nationally to represent our global healthcare partner with vaccine healthcare brand(s), delivery of key messaging with aim of increasing the brand's awareness and product use.
The jobholder will work remotely.
The VTM will be reporting to the Business Manager, Commercial Services at Inizio Engage Canada.
This is an 8-month contract.

Key Objectives:

  • Engage with pharmacists and specialized clinic stakeholders by placing outbound phone and/or virtual calls on behalf of the client to deliver key selling messages and continuous support to increase product awareness and recommendation in the right population.
  • Deliver key selling messages to HCPs based on client approved strategy, plan of action (POA) and training, using approved marketing tools and material
  • Build rapport with customers through high quality interactions and identifying the customer and patient needs
  • Manage relationships with the key influencers, client and all Inizio Engage business units through regular touch points to ensure program KPIs are delivered and to attain or exceed service goals
  • Consistently meet and exceed program related KPIs, as communicated by direct manager
  • Respond to all customer inquiries in a timely manner
  • Submit call activity daily in the Client Relationship Management System (CRM)
  • Support with maintaining existing business and promote additional services by providing insights and qualified opportunities to the direct manager, the team and at times, the client to provide feedback and solutions to the client's needs

Job Holder Specification:

  • Bachelor's degree required, (Business or science preferred).
  • Fluently Bilingual in French and English (oral and written).
  • Minimum 1 to 2 years of sales experience.
  • Experience in pharmaceuticals or healthcare industry.
  • Knowledge of immunology (vaccines) is an asset.
  • Proven record of driving results in a high-growth company environment.
