Our Montreal client has contract positions open for Manufacturing Engineers with Mechanical Engineering degrees from recognized universities.
Working in High Performance Culture environment, the main accountability of the role is to manage the technical standard of the Civil Aerospace products by improving the engineering processes supporting the operations, working closely with the OEM to develop technical solutions and coordinating / delivering on all engineering related activities.Notre client de Montréal a des postes contractuels ouverts pour les ingénieurs de fabrication titulaires d'un diplôme en génie mécanique d'universités reconnues.
Travaillant dans un environnement de culture de haute performance, la principale responsabilité du rôle est de gérer la norme technique des produits de l'aérospatiale civile en améliorant les processus d'ingénierie soutenant les opérations, en travaillant en étroite collaboration avec le fabricant d'équipement d'origine pour développer des solutions techniques et en coordonnant/livrant toutes les activités liées à l'ingénierie.As a Manufacturing Engineer you will be responsible for:
Delivering cost optimization through the control of technical specifications.Contributing towards minimizing the cost of non-quality through performance of failure and defect analysis using root cause analysis methodology.Finding solutions for engine type specific technical problemsInvestigations on Civil Aerospace products that do not demonstrate delivery of the expected performanceDeveloping Engine Management Programs and technical specifications, engine fleet type life cycle cost optimization, and engine life development.QualificationsUniversity degree in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized universityEligible for or member of the Ordre des Ingénieurs du Québec.High level of autonomyEnglish and French verbal and written communication skillsEn tant qu'ingénieur de fabrication, vous serez responsable de :
• Assurer l'optimisation des coûts grâce au contrôle des spécifications techniques.• Contribuer à minimiser le coût de la non-qualité grâce à l'analyse des défaillances et des défauts à l'aide d'une méthodologie d'analyse des causes profondes.• Trouver des solutions aux problèmes techniques spécifiques au type de moteur• Enquêtes sur les produits de l'aérospatiale civile qui ne démontrent pas la livraison des performances attendues• Élaboration de programmes de gestion des moteurs et de spécifications techniques, optimisation des coûts du cycle de vie du type de flotte de moteurs et développement de la durée de vie des moteurs.Qualifications• Diplôme universitaire en génie mécanique d'une université reconnue• Admissible ou membre de l'Ordre des Ingénieurs du Québec.• Haut niveau d'autonomie• Compétences en communication verbale et écrite en anglais et en français Qualified candidates must be legally entitled to work in Canada.Note:
