À titre de conseiller en solution de prêt, vous aiderez les clients et les clients potentiels au téléphone et en personne tout en leur offrant un service à la clientèle hors pair.
Vous effectuerez aussi les tâches suivantes:
Recueillir des détails du prêt.Vendre des prêts et protéger les produits.Clôturer des prêts virtuellement et en personne.Effectuer le suivi des comptes en souffrance des clients.Contrôler la caisse, y compris l'encaissement des paiements.Être engagé à assurer votre formation et votre développement personnels afin d'appuyer notre mission qui consiste à offrir la meilleure expérience d'emprunt pour gagner la confiance et la fidélité de nos clients.Exigences:
Vous êtes autorisé à travailler au Canada.Diplôme d'études secondaires ou l'équivalent, un atout.Excellentes aptitudes à communiquer.Prérequis:
