POSITION TYPE:
Full-Time, Term Position Available (anticipated January 20, 2025 up to January 1, 2026)

SALARY:
$62,337 - $87,859 per annum

Notre Dame Campus (Winnipeg, MB)

ELIGIBILITY LIST:

DUTIES

Reporting to the Manager, Brand Experience, and working alongside the Enrolment Services department, the Digital Automation Specialist (DAS) is responsible for modernizing and optimizing the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) user experience and related communications with applicants.
The position will develop CRM-centered marketing strategies, discover new opportunities within the future student CRM, contribute to marketing campaigns, inform about key marketing life cycle results, and collaborate on pipeline maintenance.
The DAS will plan, implement, maintain, and report on email marketing and messaging using the College's email marketing platform, to move students from application to enrollment.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Diploma in business administration, communications, or marketing.
An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
Several years of relevant work experience in developing, implementing, and optimizing enterprise-level email marketing/CRM tools.
Experience developing, implementing, and optimizing email marketing strategies (marketing objectives, target audiences and email lists, timelines, voice and tone, content, and user pathways).
Experience working with advanced segmentation, pipeline analysis, and function-specific reports.
Experience in creating and executing plans based on knowledge of data management, reporting of internal data, and consumer behavior research.
Proven ability to understand marketing life cycles, establish customer relationships at scale, and drive acquisition/engagement KPIs.
A strong understanding of lead-based and sales-focused industries.
Excellent copywriting skills for effectively conveying information via email.
Strong understanding of branding, design, and communications as they relate to the web.
Excellent interpersonal communication skills to communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
Ability to analyze reports and identify patterns to translate into action plans.
Able to work independently, as well as part of a team.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and manage a high volume of tasks, deadlines, and requirements.
Experience building a respectful workplace culture that promotes diversity, learning, and continuous improvement.

ASSET QUALIFICATIONS

Knowledge of Search Engine Optimization and how to create good content.
Desire to continually learn about market trends and innovation as it relates to web design.
First-hand working knowledge of social media platforms, including (but not limited to) YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.

CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT

This position may be required to work evenings and/or weekends.
This position may be required to travel.
This position may be required to work overtime.
This position may be required to work throughout the academic year including the summer months.
