Nous sommes à la recherche d'agronomes expérimentés ou expérimentées qui se passionnent pour l'agriculture et l'environnement. Ce poste est idéal pour des professionnelles ou des professionnels déterminés à lutter contre les changements climatiques et à accompagner les divers partenaires.
Chez LOGIAG, vous aurez l'opportunité d'accomplir votre travail directement depuis votre domicile grâce au télétravail. Ainsi, vous pourrez collaborer avec les fermes de votre région. Les déplacements au siège social, situé sur la rive-sud de Montréal, seront extrêmement rares.
DESCRIPTION DES TÂCHES
Sous la supervision de la directrice du programme Ferme laitières engagées, l'agronome devra :
Établir et maintenir une relation d'affaire avec les producteurs et les productrices agricoles par une offre de service globale et personnalisée;
Réaliser l'accompagnement agronomique des producteurs et les productrices qui participent aux Fermes laitières engagées dans une démarche de transition climatique;
Contribuer à l'élaboration de stratégies de transition climatique à la ferme;
Effectuer divers services de suivis agroenvironnementaux (PAEF, PAA, accompagnement sur le terrain, suivi de cultures de couvertures et d'azote, échantillonnage de sol, etc.).
EXIGENCES
Baccalauréat en agronomie
Membre de l'Ordre des agronomes du Québec
Plus de cinq (5) années d'expérience terrain en accompagnement des fermes dans l'amélioration de leur performance environnementale
Spécialisation en productions végétales ou sols et environnement
Être titulaire d'un permis de conduire valide
Maîtrise du français parlé et écrit avec une bonne connaissance de l'anglais parlé et écrit pour assurer l'efficacité de nos opérations, selon les besoins.

Être à l'écoute des réalités diverses des agriculteurs et des agricultrices;
Capacité à cibler des pistes de solutions personnalisées ;
Être habile à communiquer des solutions réalistes et personnalisées;
Être déterminé(e) à être un acteur d'impact pour diminuer la crise climatique;
Être à l'aise dans un contexte d'innovation et de croissance rapide
Habile en communication écrite et orale;
Capacité à gérer multiples clients(-tes)/partenaires/agriculteurs(-trices);
Aimer travailler en équipe;
Être autonome et dynamique.
