Laboratoire LSL est à la recherche d'OPÉRATEURS de PRODUCTION qui participeront à une ou plusieurs étapes du processus de fabrication du produit de santé naturel. L'opérateur a la responsabilité d'opérer les différents équipements de production, d'en assurer le montage, démontage et le nettoyage, ainsi que le nettoyage des salles de production. L'emploi offert est permanent, de jour et le lieu de travail est à La Pocatière.

VOTRE PROFIL
Détenir un diplôme d'études secondaires (DES) ou l'équivalent
Expérience en usine, dans un rôle de production (atout)
Rigueur au travail, un très bon sens de l'observation
Dextérité manuelle et avoir le souci du détail
Bonne capacité physique pour soulever et déplacer des charges
Capacité à travailler dans un environnement encadré et réglementé
Bon sens de la débrouillardise et capacité à travailler de façon autonome
VOS PRINCIPAUX DÉFIS
Préparer l'aire de travail et les équipements de production (presses) pour la compression des différents comprimés dans le cadre du processus de fabrication (opérateur assigné à la compression).
Préparer, déterminer la quantité et peser les matières premières requises pour la fabrication afin de produire les lots (opérateur assigné à la pesée et aux mélanges).
Responsable de vérifier la bonne condition des équipements avant et lors de l'utilisation.
Effectuer et s'assurer que toutes les étapes de la fabrication sont conformes aux ordres de traitement préétablis et respectent les Bonnes Pratiques de Fabrication et procédures internes.
Démonter et nettoyer les équipements et les salles de fabrication.
Initier et recommander des améliorations.
Se conformer aux normes de santé, de sécurité et de l'environnement.
Considérer la qualité dans tous les aspects du travail et respecter les procédures et normes en vigueur.
