Closer Work is a purpose-driven Management Consulting and Business Services start-up specializing in Healthcare. We're looking for our CEO Americas to lead our growth and expansion in North America, with an initial focus on Recruitment and Workforce management consulting and services. company offering both a strong Purpose and a generous equity scheme that could enable you to achieve financial security within a few years. You'll be working with a small, dedicated team and have the chance to make a real impact on the lives of healthcareorganizations, their staff, and the patients they serve.

• The role is remote (i.e. you can be based anywhere in Canada, South America or USA)
• For the first 2 to 4 months, you'll get Equity compensation (Company Shares) instead of full Salary initially

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

The initial purpose of your role would be to improve the lives of Healthcare Organisations, Healthcare Professionals and Patients, whilst achieving our financial targets.

MAIN MISSIONS:

• Scale-up:
  You will initially be leading the scale-up of our Workforce Management Consulting and Services (Recruitment), which has already been successfully launched in Canada. To do so, you will:
  
• Enable, lead, or coordinate the various functions of the group:
  Finance, Marketing, Business Intelligence, Technology, Human Resources, and other key areas.
• You will also be involved with very hands on work, such as performing recruitment placements, to get the best introduction into our work, clients, and sector. You will get our inhouse training for this.
• Develop:
  you will also be developing progressively our other groups of Management Consulting and service lines:
  Financial Services, Marketing Services, Soft Skills Coaching and Training, Mediation and Legal, Operations consultancy, Business Intelligence and Insights, etc.
• Become and Expert:
  you will be or become an expert in your healthcare niche.

THE TEAM

As a start-up, you will initially work with a small, tight-knit team, including:

• The Founder and Advisors:
  Providing strategic guidance and support.
• Closer Work Americas Management Team:
  Collaborating closely with the CFO, Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), Chief Business Intelligence and Data Officer, and Chief Technology Officer.
• Local Business Units Directors:
  Partnering with directors of our first business units in North America.
• Various freelancers

REQUIREMENTS

• Business Management, Leadership experience.
• Location:
  for the local CEO role you'd need to be based in (or willing to move) in any of the provinces:
  Ontario, Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Alberta. For the Global CEO role, you'd need to be based anywhere in America's:
  North America, Central or Latin America.
• Willing to start the role in an small structure (early stage start-up), and carry out hands on work (e.g. recruitment placements) as part of your initiation.
• 10+ years professional experience.
