The Product Manager will take charge of multiple projects, ensuring they are delivered efficiently, meeting all goals related to scope, timelines, and budgets. Core Responsibilities

Independently oversee a portfolio of projects and ongoing retainer agreements from kickoff to completion.
Track and manage budgets, timelines, and deliverables to ensure successful project outcomes.
Maintain detailed project records, including plans, timelines, and task documentation.
Proactively address potential challenges and ensure seamless project delivery.
Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates on project progress, budgets, and timelines.
Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, setting expectations and addressing concerns.
Report on key metrics such as budget utilization, milestone achievements, and potential delays.
Leverage knowledge of eCommerce standards, web development cycles, and accessibility principles.
Utilize project management tools like Jira, Confluence, and other organizational platforms effectively.
Stay informed about relevant technologies and ensure alignment with client objectives.
Facilitate effective communication among team members, even across time zones.
Promote alignment and consensus among stakeholders while resolving conflicts constructively.
Champion Agile methodologies and foster a supportive and inclusive project environment.
Conduct regular retrospectives to identify opportunities for enhanced processes and outcomes.

Qualifications

Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in a related field.
Proven track record in project management, ideally in eCommerce or digital product development.

Technical Skills:

Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Smartsheet.
Experience with budget tracking, resource planning, and risk management.

Communication Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, capable of managing challenging discussions with tact.
Talent for building consensus and resolving stakeholder conflicts.

Personal Attributes:

Self-motivated, independent, and able to work well in a team setting.
Proactive in identifying and addressing project needs and challenges.
Collaborative mindset with a constructive approach to feedback and teamwork.

Additional Skills:

Understanding of programming languages like Liquid, JavaScript, React, and Tailwind CSS is a plus.
Familiarity with Shopify development, including themes and APIs.
Competence in documenting technical systems and workflows.
Knowledge of software development lifecycles and methodologies.

Experience:

2-3 years of experience in eCommerce or related fields.
Proven ability to deliver high-quality results consistently and on schedule.
Demonstrated capacity to articulate complex systems clearly and secure team buy-in.
