Core Responsibilities

• Independently oversee a portfolio of projects and ongoing retainer agreements from kickoff to completion.
• Track and manage budgets, timelines, and deliverables to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Maintain detailed project records, including plans, timelines, and task documentation.
• Proactively address potential challenges and ensure seamless project delivery.
• Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates on project progress, budgets, and timelines.
• Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, setting expectations and addressing concerns.
• Report on key metrics such as budget utilization, milestone achievements, and potential delays.
• Leverage knowledge of eCommerce standards, web development cycles, and accessibility principles.
• Utilize project management tools like Jira, Confluence, and other organizational platforms effectively.
• Stay informed about relevant technologies and ensure alignment with client objectives.
• Facilitate effective communication among team members, even across time zones.
• Promote alignment and consensus among stakeholders while resolving conflicts constructively.

Qualifications

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in a related field.
• Proven track record in project management, ideally in eCommerce or digital product development.

Technical Skills:

• Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Smartsheet.
• Experience with budget tracking, resource planning, and risk management.

Communication Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, capable of managing challenging discussions with tact.
• Talent for building consensus and resolving stakeholder conflicts.
