Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled IT Systems Support Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing support and maintaining our organization's existing IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth operations and optimal performance. The IT Systems Support position will play a crucial role in supporting our technical team with ongoing and upcoming projects, technical support, and enhancements of various technology systems, including, but not limited to Salesforce, Microsoft Office 365, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and Beautifi's custom web application.

Key Responsibilities
Systems Support:

Support the configuration, customization, and maintenance of Salesforce CRM platform to meet the organization's requirements.
Help manage Microsoft Office 365, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and other associated services.
Support in facilitating user accounts, permissions, and access controls across all systems to ensure security and compliance.
Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and help implement solutions to optimize efficiency and reliability.
Take ownership of general IT management such as setting up new PCs, troubleshooting operating system errors, troubleshooting hardware issues, and overall IT asset management.

Integration and Automation:

Provide support in developing and maintaining integrations between various systems to streamline data flow and improve productivity.
Help implement automation workflows to simplify repetitive tasks and enhance operational efficiency.

User Support and Training:

Provide technical support to staff members for IT-related issues, including software usage, troubleshooting, and problem resolution.
Serve as the primary point of contact for user inquiries and escalate complex issues to appropriate technical teams or vendors as needed.

Documentation and Compliance:

Maintain accurate documentation of IT systems, configurations, and procedures.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and organizational policies related to data security, privacy, and IT governance.
Support in conducting periodic security audits and assessments to identify and mitigate potential risks.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in information technology, or related field. Equivalent hands-on experience will be considered.
Proven experience in system administration and IT support roles.
2 or more years of experience with Salesforce administration, configuration, and customization is required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 administration, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and other features.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Salesforce Administrator certificate and other relevant certificates are a significant bonus.

Base Salary ($50,000-$65,000) commensurate with experience
