About the Role:
As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Pro Vita Care Management, you will play a vital part in delivering high-quality care to our residents. Your dedication and compassion will make a significant difference in their lives.
Responsibilities:
• Monitor and document residents' physical and psychological conditions
• Provide personal care as needed, including assistance with daily activities
• Ensure adherence to infection control practices
• Assess resident health status, recognizing deviations from normal findings
Qualifications:
We are seeking a qualified LPN with a heart for service. Requirements include:
• Graduation from a recognized Practical Nursing program
• Active registration with the BCCNM as an LPN
• Occupational First Aide Level 1 certification
• Satisfactory proof of COVID-19 vaccinations
• Effective communication skills in English
