Spécialiste de produits HP - (Représentant aux ventes)
Mosaic est une agence intégrée nord-américaine de premier plan qui se spécialise dans l'établissement de liens avec les consommateurs par le biais du marketing expérientiel, des ventes, du marchandisage et du marketing client. Nous recherchons des passionnés de technologie pour rejoindre notre équipe de spécialistes des produits HP afin de créer de l'enthousiasme et des liens avec les consommateurs autour des récents produits d'impression et PC de HP. Nous voulons que les ambassadeurs de marque représentent fièrement un chef de file de l'électronique dans un magasin Staples près de chez vous.
Horaire :
Samedi : 5 heures (12h - 17h)
Dimanche : 5 heures (12h - 17h)
Il s'agit d'un contrat de 3 mois pour commencer, avec une possibilité de prolongation.
La programmation limitée du vendredi peut être disponible pendant les hautes saisons - les vendredis sont facultatifs lorsqu'ils sont disponibles.
Avantages et salaire :
Rémunération compétitive aux deux semaines
Salaire à partir de 17,50 $/heure
Après 3 mois, les employés ont droit à une prime de rétention versée en une somme forfaitaire (+ 1 $ pour chaque heure travaillée au cours des 90 premiers jours), et
Augmentation de salaire de +1 $/heure (jusqu'à 18,50 $/heure), applicable à toutes les heures futures travaillées.
L'employé doit être actif pendant 90 jours et être employé dans le programme à temps pour être admissible.
Formation rémunérée complétée en ligne ou sur place : Une formation sur les produits et la vente pour le développement professionnel.
Horaire de fins de semaine (samedi et dimanche)
RESPONSABILITÉS
Stimuler les ventes et la notoriété de la marque des produits HP.
Interagir avec les clients avec des démonstrations engageantes des fonctionnalités HP, en communiquant les avantages offerts aux clients.
Générer de l'engouement en magasin grâce à la passion et à l'engagement pour la marque HP.
Diriger les clients en les accompagnant jusqu'aux présentoirs ; évaluer leurs besoins et proposer des produits.
Établir de solides relations professionnelles avec les associés du magasin.
Assurez-vous que les écrans HP en magasin sont propres, fonctionnels et prêts pour la démonstration.
Recueillir des informations sur la concurrence et faire des rapports sur des tactiques spécifiques, y compris les changements de prix, les nouveaux produits et le matériel de marchandisage.
Maintenir une connaissance pratique de tous les produits HP.
Responsable de soumettre des rapports récapitulatifs quotidiens des ventes en temps opportun et avec précision.
LES QUALIFICATIONS
Fort intérêt et enthousiasme pour la technologie (ordinateurs, imprimantes).
Capacité à effectuer plusieurs tâches dans un environnement d'équipe au rythme rapide.
Excellentes compétences en communication, en présentation, en relations interpersonnelles et en résolution de problèmes.
Autonome est aussi un joueur d'équipe.
Avoir un téléphone intelligent.
Engagement à travailler les jours et heures prévues.
Une expérience antérieure dans le commerce de détail, la vente et le marketing est considérée un atout.
