Assistant Store Manager
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team. As a key member of our store leadership, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction, and developing the skills of our retail staff.
About the RoleThe Assistant Store Manager provides support to the Store Manager in overseeing daily retail store operations, managing staff, and executing operational tasks. This includes ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, leading recruitment and training activities, and implementing visual merchandising standards based on company strategy.
Daily TasksFull-time, permanent
ScheduleMonday to Friday, weekends as needed
