The Manager for this role, John Jones, National Practice Manager, is based in Sydney and leads our Dynamics CRM and Power Services function.
John's recent acceptance into the global Distinguished Technologists program is a testament to his visionary leadership and dedication to pushing the boundaries of technology whilst driving game-changing contributions.As a Senior Architect, Dynamics 365 CRM with Insight, you will own and drive challenging projects and work with customers to understand functional and business requirements and design appropriate solutions.
We will count on you to be an SME for strategic client opportunities and provide leadership and technical support to your teammates.
Along the way, you will get to:
Assist with developing new solution offerings, including training plans and sales enablementResearch and evaluate client systems and architecture; draw conclusions; and develop recommendations in accordance with engagement objectivesDiscuss project scope and budget with the customer and direct project scope to be implemented on time and budget without sacrificing qualityAct as a team lead on large engagements taking ownership of the project outcome and qualityIdentify and resolve project issues with clientsWrite proposal components or letters of understanding, as needed, and respond to RFPs and other marketing situationsWork with internal personnel to define service opportunities, and develop standards of delivery, templates, and standard work products to meet internal and external delivery expectationsLead identification of business and technical requirementsImplement technologies and solutions based on designsPlan own and team's work to meet given objectives and processesDemonstrate analytical and systematic approach to problem solving and mentor team members to follow this approachBe AmbITious:

Consultative:
Demonstrable experience architecting, designing, and implementing advanced technical solutionsUnderstanding of functional and business requirements to make appropriate technology recommendationsStrong ability to cultivate relationships with partners, suppliers, and clients in order to develop and share understanding of technology roadmapsExcellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate both technical and abstract concepts in a clear and concise mannerHighly developed conceptual and analytical skills combined with sound judgementAbility to write quality high-level and detailed architectural diagrams, strategic roadmaps, and technical documentation that communicate customer visionDeliver strategic consultancy services including enterprise maturity assessments, roadmaps, and technology platform evaluationsPrevious consulting/professional services experience is requiredTechnical:
Expert level understanding of at least 2 of the Dynamics 365 First Party ApplicationsExpert level understanding and hands-on experience with Power AutomateDemonstrable and hands-on experience with Power Pages including liquid, HTML, and CSSWorking knowledge with hands-on experience with Copilot StudioExperience with complex CRM configuration and customisation including integration and data migrationExperience in Dynamics CRM functional consultingBest practice and implementation with Application Lifecycle ManagementWhat You Can Expect:
