• , La Cuisine connu pour ses petits déjeuners et brunchs d'exception, et Le Bar Long proposant une carte internationale tout au long de la journée, d'innovants cocktails et de délicieux tapas.

une Art Concierge - une salle de cinéma - une galerie d'Art - un concept store La Librairie des Arts.

Description du posteLe Directeur des Ventes et Marketing (H/F) assume l'entière responsabilité du leadership et de la gestion des fonctions vente et marketing (vente des chambres et de la restauration, le positionnement marketing de l'hôtel sur le marché, les relations publiques et de la communication).
Missions :
Préparer le budget annuel du plan MarketingParticiper à des salons et évènements promotionnels afin de développer de nouveaux marchés tout en identifiant les clients cibles.
Participer à des missions de vente à l'étranger organisées par ou avec le bureau de la marque Raffles en conformité avec les besoins des marchés identifiés.
Contrôler et surveiller le budget et les dépenses de l'ensemble du service vente et marketing.
Apporter un soutien continu et mettre en œuvre les programmes de formation pour le personnel dans les domaines suivants :
Tours Opérateurs;Réunions;Département des Ventes;Accords d'entreprises au niveau local et mondial;Contrats d'agence de voyage;Assister aux réunions hebdomadaires du comité de direction et transmettre les informations pertinentes aux membres du département.
Déployer des campagnes de relations publiques et publicitaires.
Superviser et contrôler toute la production rédactionnelle incluant les brochures, flyers, affiches et les offres promotionnelles.
Être responsable de la visibilité et de l'inclusion dans les programmes mondiaux des entreprises (RFP & programmes de consortiums) sur la structure tarifaire préférée, directement et/ou conjointement avec la marque Raffles et FRHI.
Superviser les réunions du service des ventes avec les employés du département.
Préparer les rapports périodiques et mensuels afin de les présenter au Directeur Général.
Négocier, rédiger et signer les contrats Tour Opérateur / les contrats d'entreprises et les réunions GDS / ainsi que la préparation des contrats RFP.
Analyser et suivre le rapport de productivité des nuitées pour les comptes corporates de chaque responsable des ventes afin de s'assurer que les objectifs mensuels sont atteints.
Surveiller les activités de vente hebdomadaire afin de s'assurer que les objectifs individuels d'appels de vente sont atteints.
Organiser une réunion hebdomadaire avec le Directeur Revenu afin de prévoir les prévisions sur 3 mois.
Gérer tous les contrats annuels des grands comptes basés sur la négociation des tarifs et négocier avec les décisionnaires finaux, le Directeur Général ou le Vice-Président des Ventes et Marketing du groupe Raffles.
Faire le lien entre le Front Office, le Banquet, le F&B et la Finance :
tous les services de l'hôtel en relation avec le service commercial et marketing.
Surveiller et faire le lien avec le service des Relations Publiques par rapport aux exigences en matière de publicité, de rédaction et de communiqués de presse.
QualificationsTitulaire d'un Diplôme BAC+5 dans une Université prestigieuse ou une Ecole de Commerce avec une spécialisation en marketing.
Minimum 8 années d'expériences au sein du service des Ventes et Marketing dans l'univers de l'hôtellerie de luxe.
Solide expertise et analyse des affaires avec également une bonne compréhension des opérations d'un hôtel de luxe.
Capable de travailler indépendamment.
Esprit stratégique.
Faire preuve de leadership afin de garantir l'implication des employés.
Compétences relationnelles et goût pour l'attention aux détails.
Aisance à l'oral et anglais bilingue.
Il est préférable de pratiquer la langue locale où l'hôtel est présent (par exemple :
Français, Mandarin, Arabe…).
Bonne capacité d'organisation tout en étant capable de fixer, respecter et suivre des deadlines.
Être capable de budgéter, d'anticiper et de contrôler les dépenses.
