This is an important role in an extremely busy and fast-paced environment in which you will provide pragmatic, commercially focused legal advice to HANZ's business within the Holcim risk appetite.
The role will see you providing advice on a wide range of legal issues across a variety of areas including but not limited to:
construction; transport; mergers and acquisitions; competition; property; planning; commercial and corporate; procurement; safety; environmental; and insurance.
You will identify, communicate and escalate significant legal risks and recommend solutions to ensure risks are proactively addressed and minimized.Detailed responsibilities:
Providing legal advisory in a timely, accurate manner on a wide range of legal issues in a fast-paced environment.Understanding the business's risk appetite and applying that awareness when providing legal advice.Drafting, reviewing and advising on a broad variety of matters.Working collaboratively with colleagues across the business and other functions to ensure the best results are consistently achieved for Australia and New Zealand.About You:
