Your day-to-day tasks will include:
Welcoming and assisting patients with a warm, professional demeanorScheduling appointments and managing the appointment book efficientlyHandling patient records with accuracy and confidentialityCoordinating with the dental team to ensure seamless patient careManaging patient inquiries both in person and over the phoneQualificationsPrevious experience as a dental receptionist or a receptionist with a dental background is preferred, but not required.Excellent customer service and communication skills.Proficiency in using computer software applications.Experience with file keeping and data entry.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Additional InformationBut it's not just about us!
