The Clinical Nurse Manager - After Hours acts as first line accountability and assumes initial control for significant hospital and system-wide issues which arise during shift.
This role includes after hours administration, human resource management, supervision of the multidisciplinary team, bed management, and the role of Emergency Controller for Busselton Hospital.
Additionally, it provides clinical leadership and role modeling hours, ensuring maintenance of clinical standards of quality of care in an activity-based management framework.To be successful in this role, you will have:
