The purpose of this role is to manage and build strong relationships with a portfolio of health and property customers, and drive portfolio growth through customer acquisition, cross-selling and referrals.

Health/Property is a targeted growth area of ANZ's commercial strategy, backed by a supportive, results-driven leadership team.

Work Hours:
Part-time, 32 hours

• Acting in the best interest of the customer and applying a customer-centric approach
• Proactively developing and maintaining a detailed understanding of the customer's business and financial needs to provide appropriate solutions
• Collaborating with Product Partners and other internal stakeholders to design, structure and execute deals
• Building and maintaining strong external networks with a focus on COI and origination
• Coaching and growing your team/direct report
• Establishing strong and effective relationships with Commercial peers, Risk, and cross-divisional stakeholders

To grow and be successful in the role, you will ideally have the following skills in your toolkit:

• Industry experience and the ability to build long-term client relationships to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes
• Customer solutioning:
  Supporting customers by understanding their needs, identifying financial opportunities and recommending relevant banking products and services
• Portfolio management:
  balancing change initiatives and business-as-usual while optimizing return on investment.
  
• Ability to negotiate and structure complex and customized banking deals.
  
• Credit Assessment & Management:
  capability to assess and monitor credit risk, and drive credit approval activities
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements, risk management principles and how to mitigate risks
• Coaching:
  Experience in leading teams, and ability to help people move from where they are to where they want to be through the use of effective coaching techniques
