Whether you're a student in the health and wellness sector or possess strong customer service skills from a different background, we want you! Our team values a positive attitude and will provide the necessary support for your growth.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Greet and welcome potential and existing members.Manage a team of casual consultants and personal trainers.Achieve KPIs and sales targets.Organize in-club and community events.Generate new sales leads within the club and local community.Foster an inclusive and supportive club culture.Maintain club cleanliness standards.Promote the Anytime Fitness brand within the local community.AVAILABILITY:
Monday - Thursday (10am-7pm) and Saturday (9am-12pm).20-23 hours per week, with additional hours available during peak times.HIGHLY DESIRABLE:
Previous customer service experience in retail or similar sectors.Proficiency in using computers and social media platforms.Interest in a healthy lifestyle.ESSENTIAL CERTIFICATIONS:
Current Working with Children BlueCard Check.Current First Aid Certificate.Current CPR Certificate.WHAT WE OFFER:
