HEAD OF RETAIL SALES - FOREX & CFDs

An organisation are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Head for Retail Sales specializing in Foreign Exchange (FX) and Contracts for Difference (CFD) to join a dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the financial markets, a strong track record in trading, and the ability to manage risk effectively.Key Responsibilities:
Trade Execution:
Execute trades in FX and CFD markets promptly and accurately, ensuring optimal execution prices and minimal market impact.Market Monitoring:
Continuously monitor global financial markets, economic indicators, and news events to make informed trading decisions.Risk Management:
Implement and manage risk control strategies, monitor positions, and ensure adherence to risk limits.Client Interaction:
Provide market insights, trading recommendations, and support to clients, addressing their inquiries and executing trades on their behalf.Regulatory Compliance:
Ensure all trading activities comply with internal policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements.Reporting and Analysis:
Prepare regular reports on trading performance, market analysis, and risk exposure. Analyze trading data to identify trends and opportunities.System and Process Improvement:
Collaborate with IT and other departments to enhance trading platforms and improve operational efficiency.Qualifications And Skills:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field. Advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA, CMT) is a plus.Technical Skills:
Proficiency in trading platforms (e.g., MetaTrader, Bloomberg), advanced Excel skills, and familiarity with trading algorithms.Market Knowledge:
In-depth knowledge of FX and CFD markets, trading strategies, and economic fundamentals.Analytical Skills:
Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret complex data and market signals.Communication:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.Attention to Detail:
