Process Engineer

Roles and responsibilitiesDeliver processengineering services that meet Worley, its customers and applicablestatutory and regulatory specifications, on time and withinbudget.Perform process engineering servicessuch as:
identify and report changes to projectscope;assist with the preparation ofproposals, estimates, budgets andschedules;provide assistance duringprocurement, construction and commissioning activities.
Forexample, write requisitions, conduct technical bid evaluations andwrite purchase orders;contribute toappropriate studies, analyses and recommendactions;assist with the preparation ofdetailed designs and drawings, specifications, data, calculationsand reports.Keepup-to-date with the latest developments and technical innovationsin process engineering.If required, assist andsupport junior personnel within the process engineeringteam.Communicate effectively with the processengineering team and project stakeholders, including theCustomer.Identify issues and problems, developappropriate solutions, and ask for assistance whenrequired.Technical AndIndustry ExperienceEffective technical and practicalengineering skills and ability to consistently deliver quality,accurate and timely work to Worley and itscustomers.A good working knowledge of thefundamental requirements of process engineering, and the basicrequirements of other engineering fields.Agood working knowledge of applicable local and internationalstandards and statutory and regulatoryspecifications.Competent use of processengineering specific software and relevant software such as MSOffice Suite.Engineering experience in thesame or similar industry, and developing leadershipskills.Some job site or factoryexperience.RequiredEducation- Qualifications, Accreditation,TrainingA recognized degree inthe relevant engineering discipline orequivalent.PreferredCharteredProfessional Engineer (CPEng)status.Moving forwardtogetherWe'recommitted to building a diverse, inclusive and respectful workplacewhere everyone feels they belong, can bring themselves, and areheard.

Desired candidate profile Process DesignExpertise:
Strong understanding of process designprinciples, including the ability to create process flow diagrams(PFDs) and piping and instrumentation diagrams(P&IDs).TechnicalProficiency:
Proficiency in process simulation andmodeling software (e.g., Aspen Plus, HYSYS, MATLAB) for analyzingand optimizingprocesses.DataAnalysis Skills:
Ability to collect and analyze datato identify process inefficiencies and recommendimprovements.Problem-SolvingAbilities:
