Capital Haus is seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support their executive team.
The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the executive office and contribute to the overall success of the senior leadership team.
Key Responsibilities:
Comprehensive administrative support to the executive team.Manage and organize schedules, appointments, and meetings.Handle correspondence and communication on behalf of executives.Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as required.Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries.Assist in project management and follow-up on action items.Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Qualifications:
5 years proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant.Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.Strong verbal and written communication abilities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.High level of professionalism and attention to detail.
