Chief Information Officer

Responsibilities:
Develop and implement the organization's technology vision, strategies, and policies in alignment with its overall goals and objectives.
Lead and manage the IT department, overseeing the planning, implementation, and maintenance of information systems and technology infrastructure.
Ensure the effective and secure operation of the organization's technology systems, networks, and data.

Collaborate with other executive team members to align technology initiatives with business strategies.
Manage IT budgets, resources, and vendor relationships to optimize costs and ensure quality service delivery.

Requirements:
A bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field, such as information technology, computer science, or a related discipline.
Proven experience in a senior technology leadership role, preferably in a similar industry or organization.

Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to build and motivate high-performing teams.
