We're looking for a talented Unreal Engine Developer to join our team and bring systems creation to the next level. In this role, you'll be at the heart of designing and implementing key character features, directly shaping the player experience.

Working in our team you will focus on programming and gameplay development, so your deep knowledge and understanding in these areas, your ability to work in large but flexible teams, and your ability to make the right decisions are important to us. Your work will drive immersive gameplay and empower our team to build rich, dynamic worlds that captivate players.

Responsibilities:

Design, implement, and optimize gameplay systems for multiplayer game (GameModes, Movement, Status effects, etc).
Design, implement, and optimize visual systems:
UI, VFX, Sound, etc.
Development of tools for GD, LD, UI, Sound, Art.
Solving other tasks in UE5.3/UE5.5.
Working with third-party plugins.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Gameplay Developer in the gaming industry, including a minimum of 2 years in game development on Unreal Engine for multiplayer games.
In-depth knowledge of Unreal Engine's gameplay framework, including the Gameplay Ability System (GAS).
Development, maintenance and modification of systems both from scratch and already written.
Strong expertise in Unreal Engine 5+ versions.
Strong programming skills in C++.
Experience working in large game development teams. Excellent collaboration skills, with a focus on productive and iterative teamwork.
Skilled in utilizing Blueprints for gameplay scripting.
Fluency in Russian and a minimum of B1-level proficiency in English.

Nice to have:

Experience working in FTP PVP shooters.
Experience working with CommonUI / CommonUser / Lyra / Other experimental modules in UE5.
