My client, one of the largest developers in the Middle East, is looking for an experienced Asset Manager to join their team in Abu Dhabi.

Reporting to the Director of Hospitality & Leisure Asset Management, you will work with the team to maximize the performance of Hospitality and Leisure Assets.

What you'll be doing:

• Maintaining a thorough understanding of all drivers and market trends affecting the hospitality and leisure sector.
• Creation of reports/presentations on outlooks and trends within the hospitality sector (UAE, GCC, and Globally if required).
• Financial performance tracking and monitoring of KPI's (occupancy, ADR's, P&L), including periodic reviews with all asset operators.
• Helping develop and implement financial strategies to improve the value of the portfolio.
• Co-ordinating with other Asset Managers to develop and recommend synergies between various assets.

What we're looking for:

At least 10+ years in hospitality/leisure asset management within the GCC. This could be from either a consultancy/operator or owner, but we are looking for someone who understands the nuts and bolts of hospitality assets and how to drive improvements across a large portfolio. Ideally, you will have financial modelling experience and a degree in Hospitality/Property Management.
