Credit Card Campaign Manager

Manager Talent Acquisition - SolveCube - An AI Marketplace Platform for Talent SolutionsJob Purpose:
To manage end-to-end credit card campaigns, from conceptualization and execution to monitoring and fulfillment, ensuring alignment with business objectives, compliance requirements, and customer needs.Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Management:
Develop and execute marketing campaigns to drive credit card acquisition, usage, and retention.Design campaign mechanics, including offers, discounts, cashback, rewards, and seasonal promotions.Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Sales, Analytics, and Product teams) to ensure campaign objectives align with business goals.Work with creative and media agencies to design promotional materials for digital, print, and on-ground channels.Optimize campaigns based on performance metrics (e.g., response rates, conversion, ROI).Oversee the delivery of campaign promises (e.g., cashback, gifts, rewards) to customers.Manage vendor relationships for fulfillment processes, ensuring timely delivery.Develop a robust system to track fulfillment SLAs and resolve issues promptly.Work closely with the customer service team to handle queries and escalations related to campaign offers.Analysis and Reporting:
Monitor campaign performance using tools and analytics platforms.Create post-campaign reports detailing outcomes, learnings, and recommendations for future campaigns.Analyze customer behavior to refine segmentation strategies and enhance campaign relevance.Stakeholder Collaboration:
Coordinate with compliance and legal teams to ensure all campaigns meet regulatory requirements.Partner with IT teams to implement and test campaign-related systems and APIs.Manage budgets and ensure cost-effective execution of campaigns.Innovation and Continuous Improvement:
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor campaigns.Propose innovative campaign ideas and fulfillment strategies to differentiate the credit card offering.Key Skills and Competencies:
Strong knowledge of credit card products and payment systems.Experience in marketing campaigns, project management, and vendor management.Analytical mindset with expertise in campaign analytics and ROI measurement.Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in campaign management tools and CRM platforms.Educational and Experience Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred).5-7 years of experience in credit card marketing or campaign management.Familiarity with banking regulations in campaign execution and fulfillment.Seniority Level:
