Surveys on contraceptive use

These 2 surveys have to do with attitudes toward the use of contraceptives and deal with intimate subjects. Proceed with cautionand look for the safest place for teens to respond to this survey. Please assure them as well that that this information will NOT be used against anyindividual, but rather as an information-gathering exercise in order to stem the tide of HIV and AIDS.

With good information in hand, then acommunity can build the kind of successful program that will stem the tide of HIV-AIDS in their community.

With good information in hand, then acommunity can build the kind of successful program that will stem the tide of HIV-AIDS in their community.

There is NO intention to tell a community that their cultural traditions are wrong or bad. Rather, it is our intention to providethe most respectful ways of providing empowering information that can save lives. It is our intention that the surveys be used in that spirit.
