So, write an integrative essay to answer one of the following questions.

Use at least two readings and class lecture to illustrate the influences of these three things on Billy Bob Thornton's character "Hank" in Monster's Ball.

* While we talked about a number of societal influences in class, it would likely be best to be selective and choose the two or three that best integrate with history and biography and are illustrated in the clip.

Sociologists argue that who we are (what we do, think, believe, value, like, etc.) is largely influenced by our history, biography, and societal influences.
