Explanation:
Ingestion is the most common route of exposure of Paraquat. It is restricted in markets of the US. Clinical signs include : vomiting, aphagia, renal failure accompanied w/ hepatic necrosis,delayed development of pulmonary fibrosis. Chronic exposure leads to hyperplasia of type II alveolar cells. There is no antidote for paraquat poison
