13 yr old MC Schnauzer vominting for 2 days:
CBC showed left shift inflammatory lekogram and lymphopenia (stress).
Chem Panel : High Cholesterol 524 (normal 300)
Normal Glucose 99 (normal 75-130)
High ALP 414 (normal 160) High ALT 134 (normal 110) High T. Bilirubin .4 (normal .3)
All other values were normal on the chem panel ( BUN, Creatinine, Ca, and Phos)
The Amylase 3228 (normal 1200) and Lipase levels 1363 (normal 650)
Could this dog have pancreatitis?
