Definición de conocimiento

¿Qué es la Gestión del Conocimiento?

Conjunto de procesos, estructuras organizativas, aplicaaciones y tecnologías mediante las cuales una empresa consciente y comprensivamente, recolect, ordena, analiza, comparte y difunde su conocimiento entre sus empleados para aprovecharlo en beneficio de su organización.

Tipos de conocimiento

La gestión del conocimiento es necesaria para emplear toda la sabiduría y destrezas colectivas e individuales, para diferenciarse y conseguir la excelencia.

Spencer propone esta matriz en la se muestran cómo el conocimiento individual y social se relacionan en la organización. Ambos son jerarquizables, dado que a mayor conocimiento en la organización, más fácil es realizar distinciones precisas.

Dimensión del conocimiento

Para que el conocimiento se convierta en parte intrínseca de un recurso intangible individual permanente se hace necesario que unas rutinas organizativas sean parte del proceso de aprendizaje, así se convierten en una dimensión sistemática.
