5.1 Peer collaboration evaluation

Please take a few minutes to reflect on the collaboration of each of your group members during the project. You will need to assign a percentage for each group member based on the following attributes:

• Work Ethic
• Time Management
• On-task Behavior
• Cooperation
• Contribution
• Initiative
• Follow-through
• Attendance

Please do not give any group member a perfect score of 100%, and be sure to offer a detailed rationale for the percentage that you give. If you assign a group member 100%, or if you do not offer an adequate rationale, you will need to re-do your evaluations.
