About the team:
The IT Contract Manager is responsible for monitoring the lifecycle of IT contracts.
You will work under the Group Vendor and License Manager, who is based in Austria.
YourResponsibilites:
ContractManagement:
Oversee the management of IT contracts, including renewals, negotiations, and compliance.
Track contract milestones, such as expiration dates, renewal periods, and payment schedules.Financial Oversight:
Track and manage costs related to software licensing and IT contracts, ensuring adherence to budget constraints.
Collaboration& Communication:
Act as a liaison between IT, procurement, finance, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth contract and license management processes.
Communicate contract details clearly to internal teams.
Problem Solving & Self-Organization:
Identify gaps in information and take initiative to seek out missing details.
Self-organize and prioritize tasks where no clear guidelines exist, maintaining structure and efficiency in a dynamic environment.
Discipline& Attention to Detail:
Keep meticulous records of contracts, and associated documentation.
Maintain consistency and discipline in managing deadlines, deliverables, and administrative tasks.
YourProfile:
Strong affinity for IT systems.Ability to manage contracts and budgets with a focus on accuracy.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Capability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
Experience with contract management software and tools is an advantage.

Salary:
The minimum monthly gross salary for this position is 3.000,- (incl.
an overtime allowance of 20 hours) for 38.5 hours/week.
Actual compensation can be above this, depending on qualifications and professional experience.
