SummaryAs the Imaging Market General Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of Product Sales Specialists in the Pacific NW markets which include MR, CT, PET, NUC Med, Interventional and Mammography.
You impact the team's ability to achieve service, quality and timeliness of objectives.
You will have independence in achieving commercial objectives within operating budgets and operating guidelines.
There is moderate autonomy within the role to enter into/execute Commercial arrangements.
High levels of Commercial judgment are required to achieve outcomes required. ResponsibilitiesWithin the Pacific Northwest Region, your team is responsible for selling product(s), services, parts, solutions, or projectsRequires specialized knowledge across product lines, markets, sales processes, or customer groups.
Requires strong commercial awareness and is expected to influence the development of strategy for their broad sales territory, including control of resources.Interprets simple internal and external business challenges and recommends best practices to improve products, processes or services.
Stays informed of industry trends that may inform work.Uses high level of judgment to make decisions and handle complex tasks or problems within projects, product lines, markets, sales processes, campaigns or customers.
Has ability to assess quality of information given and ask pertinent questions to stakeholders or customers.
Able to offer new solutions to problems outside of set parameters and is able to construct and provide recommendations.
Uses multiple internal and some external sources outside of own function to help arrive at a decision.Manages a small to medium team of senior professionals as well as others.
May lead functional teams or projects with minimal resource requirements, risk, and/or complexity.
Communicates difficult concepts and may influence others' options on particular topics.
May guide others to consider a different point of view.QualificationsBachelor's Degree or equivalent and a minimum of 8 years of consultative sales experience including strategic selling and negotiation in the healthcare industryStrong knowledge of Imaging productsLeadership experience, either direct or indirectExperience interfacing with both internal team members and external customers as a part of a solution-based sales processDemonstrated communication skills to synthesize complex issues and communicate into simple messagesWillingness and ability to live and travel within your specified marketMust live within the PAC NW Region (CA, OR, WA, ID)Desired CharacteristicsPrevious experience managing sales professionalsPrefer 8 years Healthcare capital equipment sales experience or greaterPrior experience working for a large company in a matrix environmentDemonstrated ability to energize, develop, and build rapport at all levels within an organizationPrior GE HealthCare experienceDemonstrated experience in sales tools (Outlook, Salesforce, PowerBI, etc.)#LI-GM1For U.S.
based positions only, the pay range for this position is $154,400.00-$231,600.00 Annual.
It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location.
In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
