A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE - CSR

As a Customer Service Representative (CSR), you ensure our clients receive exceptional service and support. Based in the office, you handle phone calls with a warm, friendly demeanor and manage a variety of administrative tasks. You listen attentively to customer needs, take detailed information, book appointments, and dispatch technicians, all while leaving a positive and lasting impression.

Beyond answering phones, you assist with tasks such as requesting permits, following up on outstanding estimates, managing office emails, and helping in the showroom. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, keeping clients satisfied and operations running smoothly while maintaining our reputation for outstanding customer service.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE - CSR

Experience using ServiceTitan is a plus
Proficiency with computers and technology
Understanding of proper phone etiquette
Comfortable working in an office environment
Exceptional customer service skills
