Position: Registered Nurse
Specialty: Long Term Care/LTC
Lic/Certs: BLS, State License

In this 13-week Long Term Care RN travel assignment, you'll contribute to the well-being of patients while gaining invaluable experience and forging strong professional relationships.

Qualifications/Requirements:

Nursing Diploma or ASN required; BSN preferred
One to three years of experience as an RN preferred
Ability to handle other certifications that may be required for this position
Strong critical thinking, service excellence, and communication skills.
Physical capabilities to move equipment (50-100lbs), push, pull, and bend

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct nursing assessments and accurately document patient information.
Collaborate effectively with physicians and healthcare team members.
Implement and coordinate patient care alongside other professionals.
Monitor shifts in patient conditions and communicate outcomes promptly.
Administer prescribed medications with proper documentation.
Evaluate patients pre, during, and post-procedure, as necessary.
Maintain cleanliness and adequate supply stock in assigned areas.
Assist in the transportation of patients as needed.

Excellent interpersonal skills to engage diverse personnel positively.
Technical and motor skills for effective patient care and departmental equipment use.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
Strong attention to detail and sensory skills for effective communication.
