00PMHCA Florida Capital Hospital Cancer Center is seeking a locum s radiation physics coverage for 13 weeks coverage.We currently have a Radixact tomotherapy unit.
Installation of a Varian TrueBeam will begin July 18, 2022.
GE Optima 580 RT CT UnitCurrent patient load 35 patients per day 7:
00 AM-5:
00 PM on our tomotherapy unit .Techniques utilized-IMRT/IGRT, SRS/SBRT, and HDR5 F/T RTT s2 F/T remote dosimetrists3 radiation oncologists2 PRN physicists(limited availability)Florida Therapeutic Radiological Physicist license required.Therapeutic Medical Physics certification through the American Board of Radiology requireFacility Regional Medical Center is committed to the care and improvement of human lifeCapital Regional Medical Center is a fully-accredited healthcare facility with more than 1,100 employees and 500 physicians.A 266-bed, acute-care hospital that offers 24/7 Emergency Services in Leon and Gadsden Counties including; a Pediatric ER, Senior Care ER and an Express Care ER.
